Foster Moore® has staff based in our office in Auckland, New Zealand. We also have staff based in our North American offices in Cary, North Carolina and, through our owner Teranet, staff located in Toronto, Canada.
Our staff take great pride in their work and have extensive experience delivering registry solutions across the U.S., Canada, New Zealand, Asia, the Middle East, Africa and the Pacific Islands
Joel guides the product development while providing strategic direction for Foster Moore. He is actively involved in client engagement and maintains visibility of all active projects.

Charles R. Moore II, (Chuck) is a founder and director of Foster Moore® and is responsible for operations within New Zealand.
Chief Financial Officer
David runs the finance function of the Foster Moore® group and is responsible for ensuring that timely and accurate information is available to the board and senior management team.
Chief Technology Officer
Steve’s responsibility is to take the Catalyst product to the next level and ensure the technology/toolset are kept ahead of the curve to place Catalyst as the most innovative product in the Registry space.

Nick manages Canada. Well our wonderful staff and clients there at least.
Kim de Moor
General Manager – Asia-Pacific, Africa, Middle East, Europe
Kim manages our Catalyst Consultancy and Implementation Services team for Asia-Pacific, Africa, the Middle East and Europe.

Bill is responsible for driving the growth of Foster Moore’s business expansion plan and strategies in the North American and Caribbean markets.

Justin brings our innovation and registry best practice to our international clients through our products and consulting.
