Justin Hygate leads Customer Success at Foster Moore, drawing on decades of registry expertise to help clients achieve lasting impact through innovative solutions and global best practices.

Jacki Chang

CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Jacki is responsible for ensuring that timely and accurate information is available to the board and leadership. Jacki is a chartered accountant and holds a Commerce Degree, and Masters in Commercial Law from The University of Auckland.

Kim de Moor

GENERAL MANAGER, PROFESSIONAL SERVICES

Kim manages our Verne® and Catalyst® Consultancy, Support, and Implementation Services team for Asia-Pacific, Africa, the Middle East and Europe.

Ian Randall

VICE PRESIDENT ENGINEERING

Ian leads the Product and Engineering teams at Foster Moore, and is responsible for the build and global delivery of Foster Moore’s suite of registry products.

STRATEGIC ADVISORY BOARD

The Strategic Advisory Board at Foster Moore, formed in October 2021, plays a key consultative role in guiding our company's strategic direction. Comprised of industry leaders, the board provides expert advice on the design, development, marketing, and delivery of world-class registers. Their collective experience supports Foster Moore’s goals by offering insights into corporate law reforms, market trends, and registry operations. While the board does not make business decisions, it acts as a crucial advisory body to our leadership, helping us stretch our potential and drive innovation.

Gareth Jones OBE

STRATEGIC ADVISOR

Gareth is an experienced CEO and former senior UK Civil Servant (Director General).

Gareth served as Chief Executive of Companies House and Registrar of Companies for England and Wales.

Rosanne Bell

STRATEGIC ADVISOR

Rosanne brings her significant experience in registries to Foster Moore's strategy.

Rosanne formerly led the Australian Securities and Investments Commission’s (ASIC’s) registry team.
