Great partnerships are built on trust, collaboration and a shared vision for progress. Since launching Samoa's Companies Register solution in 2012, Foster Moore has proudly supported the country's registry modernisation journey alongside the Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Labour (MCIL).
In just a few months, Samoa will celebrate the 10th anniversary of its Personal Property Securities Register (PPSR), launched in February 2017. This was a major milestone for the Pacific, making Samoa the region's first jurisdiction to operate a fully integrated companies and secured transactions register, following key reforms supported by the Asian Development Bank (ADB).
Last week, our Account Director, Jeff Calton, visited the MCIL team in Apia to meet the team, share insights, and listen to the professionals who have helped position Samoa as a reference for registry modernisation across the Pacific.

They help us better understand the needs and aspirations of the people we work with and ensure that our partnerships remain grounded in mutual respect, open communication and shared goals.
