The conference is hosted by Conseil National des Greffiers Tribunaux de Commerce.
The theme of this year's conference is Facing the upcoming challenges: Innovation, Transparency, Sustainability, and will include four panels looking at:

- How AML/CFT procedures contribute to the competitiveness
- Implementing the Legitimate Interest
- Looking into The Future or Registers.
EBRA is an association of Business Registry professionals that provides insight into Business Registry policy, operations and technology initiatives. The European Business Registry Association is working to establish an international community of business registries that collaborate on joint initiatives, develop and share knowledge, and collectively progress the business registry domain.
