Kelly Kopyt to lead Foster Moore US

Foster Moore is delighted to announce the appointment of Kelly Kopyt to lead its US operations as the global leader in registry software further expands its North American capabilities and service offering.

Earlier this month, Foster Moore announced the acquisition of North Carolina-based technology company FileONE LLC, rebranded as Foster Moore US LLC. Kopyt will oversee the integration of the new operation into Foster Moore’s International network, and spearhead business expansion in the US.

CEO Joel Foster says Kopyt is a well-known and respected leader in government administration, having been president and chairing the board of directors of the International Association of Commercial Administrators while she served as Assistant Director of the Massachusetts Secretary of State’s Corporations Division in recent years.

Kelly’s a registry person through and through”, says Foster. “She brings not only a keen understanding of the issues and requirements for IACA members, but a valuable client-side perspective which will help us to shape high quality Catalyst solutions to meet the needs of Secretary of State offices in individual jurisdictions.”

Kopyt says Foster Moore’s reputation among corporate and commercial administrators as innovative, ambitious and reliable will serve the company well as it develops its US footprint.

I’m excited to be part of the Foster Moore team and I’m very much looking forward to consolidating the opportunities it has to make a meaningful difference in the US,”she says. “I became familiar with Foster Moore’s professional and personal culture during my leadership of IACA and I’m looking forward to building a great team here in North Carolina’s Research Triangle.”

Great business starts with great people,” she says.
