Vanuatu Launch New Online Companies Registry

Written by Foster Moore | 7 September 2015

The Vanuatu Financial Services Commission (VFSC) has launched their new Catalyst™ powered registers of Companies, Charitable Association and Business Names.

Foster Moore™ are delighted to have partnered with the VFSC to deliver our Catalyst™ The Registry Manager solution to deliver these registers.

The launch of the system, on 1 September 2015, was reported in the international media which noted that the new online business registry will reduce processing times by up to 700 percent.

The Vanuatu Financial Services Commission says the new registry along with recent legal reforms in the country will also increase transparency in business and foster opportunities in communities.

The new system allows businesses and overseas investors to register businesses, maintain company details and pay fees online.
