Kim manages the international Verne® and Catalyst® consulting teams consisting of project managers, business analysts, developers, quality assurance testers and the application support team. Kim’s responsibilities as General Manager include portfolio management of all international Verne™ and Catalyst™ implementations and building customer relationships.

Kim is an experienced software development manager with an in-depth understanding of the software development life cycle, including both waterfall and agile methodologies. Kim has a proven track record of getting the best out of a team by gaining their respect and creating a working environment which is conducive to delivering high-quality results on time.

Kim worked for the New Zealand Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment in the role of Programme Manager where he was responsible for many vital registers, namely: Companies, Financial Service Providers and Financial Markets Conduct Register.

Kim holds a Bachelor of Science from Auckland University and is a member of the Agile Professionals Network.
